“Howdy, Predator. Can you give us an impression on your first race here in Racing Marbles League?”
“It was amazing to be back on the track again. I enjoyed the whole race even though I didn’t make it to the final round. The road conditions are a bit different than the ones at home, but I guess, I’ll get used to it.”
“How did you experience your qualifying heat?”
“Well, I think I started off well. Using the outside lane in the first lap brought me into the Top 3 and boy, it is very difficult to take that one. Only very few marbles managed to do it. But after this competition caution I was quite confused. It was my first time to have something like that. So, first A.R.J.U.N used the momentum and overtook on the outside lane, then Barca pushed me back in lap 5, which made it very difficult to come back. I lost a lot of speed. But congrats to Marbulus Aurentius for the great takeover right after that. I saw him coming from behind and tried to block the outside lane, but he overtook me on the inside and rushed onto the rumble strip. Didn’t see that coming. But all in all, a good race and a good feeling.”
“Any words to the other competitors?”
“Guys, don’t feel safe up there! This ain’t the last thing you have seen from Predator. I will catch up and chase you, guys down the leaderboard. So watch your back. You know: Eagles inveigle.”
