She was submitted to the hospital directly after race 5 and reported that she was “…not feeling well since race 4”. She was released this morning. Doctor’s reporting that Crimson Lady has sustained significant damage; 3 surface glass chips as well as internal cracks. Owner Bobbie M. is pulling her from any further racing and officially retiring the RML Champion early. Crimson Lady is the most decorated of all RML Racers having won the Championship League twice as well podiumed 10 times in her 17 race career. She was clearly not happy as she left the hospital. We’ve been unable to reach her for further comment. RML race officials are reviewing to see what may have caused such injury. The rest of the RML Champions League racers have been inspected and none are showing similar injury.
