Race 3

We were spot on with our assessment on the importance of the start of the race. This course did not give a lot of passing opportunities. In the qualifying heat, PollyOnyx was able to sneak down the middle with an opportunity opening down the middle. Such was not the case in the main race. The opening developed in the middle, but PolkyOnyx did not take advantage this time. We guess the adrenaline of International Talk Like a Pirate Day was the boost for yesterday's performance, which was lacking today, resulting in an 8th place finish. Way to keep focus towards the end Crimson Lady, and restraining yourself with the overtake opportunity.
